Role & responsibilities
- 10-13 years of relevant drilling engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
- Bachelor's degree in Drilling or Petroleum Englweering.
- Strong knowledge of well engineering and drilling operations.
- Mandatory: Landmark software experience - WelICAT, WellPLAN and COMPASS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HSE and international/local drilling standards
