Job Position: Drilling Operation's Supervisor

Job Location: Endo Village, Nasarawa LGA - Nasarawa

Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Preferred candidate: An experienced drilling professional with strong supervisory skills, a safety-conscious attitude, and the ability to manage drilling teams effectively.
• Minimum of 5–15 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in mining, quarrying, or mineral exploration.
• Proven experience supervising and coordinating a team of driller operators.
• Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, drilling techniques, and operational procedures.
• Ability to plan daily drilling activities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Knowledge of drilling safety standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, and accident prevention.
• Ability to inspect drilling equipment, identify mechanical faults, and report maintenance requirements.
• Experience monitoring drilling progress, maintaining accurate operational records, and preparing daily reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot drilling problems and ensure efficient use of equipment and materials.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and mining standards.
• Must be physically fit and willing to work on-site in Endo Village, Nasarawa LGA, Nasarawa State.
• Previous experience in lithium mining or mineral exploration is an added advantage.
