Senior Drilling Supervisor

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore well operations (drilling, completion, SIMOPS, rig moves, P&A, logistics) safely, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company SSHE guidelines and government regulations.
• Lead the on-site drilling team, issue daily operational reports, and serve as the worksite representative authorizing platform Permits to Work.
• Lead JSAs, HAZIDs/HAZOPs, emergency plans, and ensure strict adherence to the SSHE Management System and Well Management System.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10+years in offshore well operations, including 5+ years as Senior Drilling Supervisor; direct Gulf of Thailand experience in drilling, offline activities, development, exploration, appraisal, and workover/completion.
• IWCF Well Control Level 4, T-BOSIET, H2S awareness, basic first aid, and fire-fighting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of drilling equipment/services and strong written/spoken English.

Night Coach Drilling Supervisor

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Coach night supervisors, provide daily instructions to rig/third-party contractors, and ensure contractor work complies with contractual terms and safety standards.
• Monitor wellbore conditions/weather, modify operational programs when necessary to safeguard personnel and assets, and manage on-site SSHE and emergency response.
• Oversee cost and material control, optimize vessel utilization, ensure timely equipment delivery, and report daily progress to the Drilling Superintendent.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years in offshore well operations (minimum 3 years in drilling supervision, including 2 years as Senior Drilling Supervisor); experience in Gulf of Thailand drilling, offline activities, and exploration/development wells.
• IWCF Well Control Level 4, T-BOSIET, Rigging & Slinging, H2S awareness, basic first aid, and fire-fighting.
• Strong equipment operational oversight and fluent written/spoken English.

Working Days: Offshore Rotation Basis
