We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Drink Maker to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest innovative drink ideas to enhance the menu offerings.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering beverage stock.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or beverage preparation, preferably within fine dining or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop beverage recipes and contribute creatively to menu development.
• Prior experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
