We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Drink Runner to join our team and help keep our beverage service operating seamlessly.

The Role

The Drink Runner is the vital link between our bar team and the floor staff. You will ensure that all beverages reach our guests quickly and accurately. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for high standards, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Delivery: Safely and efficiently transport craft cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages from the bar to guest tables throughout the venue.
• Quality Control: Inspect every beverage before delivery to ensure it meets our presentation standards and matches the order ticket perfectly.
• Bar Support: Assist bartenders with restocking glassware, garnishes, and ice during peak volume hours.
• Station Maintenance: Help monitor and maintain beverage stations,
• Clear Communication: Maintain constant, clear communication with bartenders, servers, and management to anticipate needs and resolve any delays.
• Floor Maintenance: Assist in clearing empty glasses from tables and maintaining a pristine environment across all dining rooms and suites.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or entertainment venue is highly preferred.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and organized during peak rushes.
• Strong physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 18 (legal age for handling and serving alcohol in NJ).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
