• Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA)
• System level requirement break down and process following up
• Specification of Safety Goals
• Development of Functional Safety Concepts
• Verification and Validation to ensure that safety requirements are correctly implemented and effective.
• Safety Case and Release Central contact person for functional safety topics in global cooperation or China specific development projects. First contact in Market China, responsible for solving functional safety related problems in development, production as well as in the aftersales market Globally work together with Mercedes Benz RD China, RD Germany Headquarter, MBRDI India, MB Plants and external suppliers Definition of technical specifications for the future drivetrain software functions

Education

• Study background in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or in a related field. Experience
• Graduates with automotive background and later at least 3-5 years’ work experience at OEMs or suppliers.
• Experience with functional safety in Drive Systems
• Familiar with functional safety standards ISO 26262, and possesses multiple project experiences compliant with ISO 26262
• Fluent English language skills, German language beneficial
• Familiar with automotive system architectures, safety lifecycle, and hazard analysis
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, safety analysis software, and requirements management tools
