Drive Test Analyst Engineer

About the role

As a Drive Test Analyst Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating drive test data, identifying network performance issues, conducting RF optimisation activities, and providing technical recommendations to enhance network coverage, capacity, and overall user experience. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced telecommunications technologies and collaborate with industry professionals in delivering exceptional network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse drive test data to evaluate network coverage, capacity, and overall performance across assigned service areas
• Perform RF optimisation activities to improve network quality, signal strength, and customer experience
• Identify and investigate network alarms, performance degradations, and service-affecting issues
• Utilise drive test and analysis tools such as TEMS Investigation, GENEX Probe, Nemo Outdoor, and Nemo Analyzer to collect and interpret network performance data
• Prepare detailed technical reports outlining findings, root cause analysis, and optimisation recommendations
• Collaborate with network optimisation, planning, and operations teams to implement performance improvements
• Monitor network KPIs and conduct cluster optimisation to maintain optimal network performance
• Operate and utilise RNO and NOC tools including Huawei M2000/PRS, GENEX Nastar, TEMS Discovery, FortiClient, UME, and other related platforms
• Validate network performance following optimisation activities, upgrades, and network changes
• Maintain accurate documentation of analysis results, optimisation activities, and technical recommendations while adhering to company standards and best practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or any related field
• Proven experience in RF Optimisation and mobile network performance analysis
• Strong knowledge of ZTE systems supporting Globe and DITO mobile networks
• Expertise in network optimisation, alarm analysis, KPI management, and cluster optimisation
• Proficiency in Drive Test and Analysis Tools including TEMS Investigation, GENEX Probe, Nemo Outdoor, and Nemo Analyzer
• Experience using RNO and NOC Tools such as Huawei M2000/PRS, GENEX Nastar, TEMS Discovery, FortiClient, UME, or equivalent platforms
• Strong understanding of mobile network architecture, RF principles, and telecommunications technologies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical teams
• Must have a personal laptop
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City, Visayas
