Job Description – Driver

Position: Driver
Department: Logistics / Operations
License Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License Category 3 & 5

Job Summary

The Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of employees, materials, tools, and company goods to various locations while ensuring proper vehicle care and compliance with UAE traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles as per assigned schedules and requirements.
• Transport employees, materials, equipment, and goods between the office, warehouse, project sites, and other locations.
• Drive vehicles covered under UAE License Categories 3 and 5.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Ensure materials and equipment are properly secured during transportation.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Follow assigned routes and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain vehicle-related records, including trip details, fuel usage, and required documentation.
• Follow UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with the Logistics, Warehouse, and Project teams for transportation requirements.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License Category 3 & 5.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Previous experience as a driver, preferably in signage, construction, logistics, or a similar industry.
• Ability to safely handle and transport materials.
• Basic communication skills in English; Hindi or other languages would be an advantage.
• Flexible to work according to operational and site requirements.
