Position Overview

We are looking for a Driver Supply Specialist to support the growth and management of our driver network in Netherlands.

This role is critical in ensuring we build a strong, reliable, and scalable driver supply ahead of and after launch. You will be responsible for driver sourcing, onboarding coordination, and supporting recruitment campaigns, working closely with Operations and cross-functional teams.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where a lot is being built from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Acquisition & Onboarding

• Support sourcing and attraction of new drivers through online and offline channels
• Coordinate driver onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, campaigns, and partnerships

Recruitment Operations

• Manage and track driver applications and pipeline
• Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding steps
• Maintain accurate data and reporting on recruitment progress

Supply Growth Support

• Support execution of driver acquisition campaigns to meet supply targets
• Monitor key metrics such as onboarding conversion and activation rates
• Identify gaps and support improvements in recruitment processes

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Training, and other teams to ensure driver readiness
• Support communication with driver partners during onboarding and early stages

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or similar roles
• Experience in high-volume hiring, field recruitment, or operations support is a strong advantage
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Fluent in Dutch
