Driver Administration Collaborator - 4W

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective driver candidates from provided leads and databases.
• Introduce GreenSM’s driver opportunities, requirements, and recruitment process to potential candidates.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and encourage them to proceed to the next recruitment stage.
• Invite qualified candidates to attend tests, interviews, and onboarding sessions.
• Conduct initial phone screening to assess candidates’ interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Support offline activation activities to attract potential driver candidates in designated areas.
• Engage directly with prospective drivers during offline activation events and explain GreenSM’s driver opportunities and recruitment process.
• Assist with candidate registration, initial screening, and follow-up during offline recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment status in the tracking system.
• Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents required for recruitment and onboarding.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling, candidate acquisition, and conversion targets based on recruitment needs.
• Coordinate with the Driver Acquisition and Recruitment teams to monitor candidate progress and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Perform other recruitment, offline activation, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in telesales, telemarketing, recruitment, sales, or field activation is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach and engage potential driver candidates.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting face-to-face interactions during offline activation activities.
• Willing to work in the field and participate in offline activation events at designated locations.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to persuade potential candidates to join GreenSM.
• Able to handle candidate follow-ups and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, are preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Driver Acquisition and Recruitment teams.
• Available to join as soon as possible and willing to work on a project-based contract.
