Driver and Laundry / Dry Cleaning Assistant

We are looking for a person with dry cleaning / laundry experience to work either full time or Part-time in our company. Must have excellent customer service and be able to undertake dry cleaning, spotting, pressing / ironing and laundry in one of our business in Wolverhampton (dry cleaning training can be given). Also must be able to drive as collections and deliveries will be part of the job.

Training will be given but experience would be an advantage.

The position includes Saturdays or Sundays and additional days in the week to suit. You will be expected to cover or when we are really busy and require help ot for holidays as overtime. Immediate start available.
Duties:
* Driving a company van to provide collections and deliveries to our customers

*Serving customers over the counter, operating washing machines, dryers and roller iron

* Some Spotting and dry cleaning garment.

* Cleans garment by operating dry cleaning equipment; adding additives; setting and adjusting controls.

* Finishing / Ironing items by operating cabinets and finishing tables so a excellent level of ironing will be required.

* Quality Control of all items going out of premises

* Making sure all is ready to our Award Winning Standard and on time.

* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; calling for repairs.

* Maintains safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures for operating equipment.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
