Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Driver cum Supervisor to lead our daily transportation operations while actively handling driving duties. This hybrid role requires overseeing driver schedules, enforcing safety standards, ensuring vehicle upkeep, and stepping in to transport staff, clients, and materials as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Duties: Transport staff, clients, goods, and materials safely and punctually. Cover driver absences and peak operational demands.
• Team Supervision: Coordinate daily schedules, assign routes, and monitor driver performance, attendance, and safety compliance.
• Fleet Upkeep: Perform routine vehicle inspections, verify daily checks (fuel, tires, oil), and coordinate maintenance and repairs with the Fleet Coordinator.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct driver briefings, ensure safe cargo loading/unloading, and strictly enforce traffic laws and company safety rules.
• Reporting: Maintain mileage and fuel logs, track vehicle usage, and prepare basic reports on accidents, delays, or incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licenses: Valid Qatar Heavy and Light Driving Licenses.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience, including 1–2 years in a lead driver or supervisory role.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of traffic laws, road safety, basic vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
• Skills: Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
• Competencies: Leadership skills, defensive driving expertise, strong organization, and attention to detail.
