DRIVER / CHOFER

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver/Chofer to deliver meals to elderly residents. This role involves using your own vehicle, preferably a mini van or SUV, to ensure timely and safe delivery of meals to our clients. The job does not require working on weekends and provides the chance to work in a bilingual environment, with responsibilities conducted in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate your own vehicle (preferably mini van or SUV) to deliver meals to elderly clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals according to schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with clients.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Keep delivery records organized and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Assist with loading and unloading meals as needed, ensuring food safety standards are maintained.
• Adhere to flexible working hours that can accommodate other commitments or second jobs.

Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own a reliable vehicle, preferably a mini van or SUV, suitable for deliveries.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong time management skills and reliability in adhering to delivery schedules.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to navigate efficiently within the delivery area using GPS or maps.
• Flexibility to work during various times of the day, with no weekend shifts required.
