Driver Class A and Class B

Overview
Arnies 24Hr Towing Inc. is currently seeking Medium Duty and Heavy Duty Tow Operators. We work directly with local law enforcement, corporate fleets,and individual customers to assist them with there towing or transport needs also including accident recovery and cleanup.

We are seeking self motivated candidates with problem solving skills, must be a team player. Need to be able to work outdoors including harsh weather conditions. Be able to work on call schedule which can include weekends and holidays at times

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring proper securing techniques to prevent damage during transit.
• Use automotive repair knowledge to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on the spot when needed.
• Manage conflict situations professionally, maintaining calmness and clear communication with distressed customers.
• Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and service reports.
• Assist with other duties such as operating forklifts or other equipment required for vehicle handling or yard organization.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with tow truck operation is preferred but not required. Will train right candidates.
• Proven ability to load & unload vehicles safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
• DOT Medical Card
• Be able to pass CORI background check
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug test

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• CDL A or B (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• North Oxford, MA 01537 (Preferred)
