Driver / Cleaning Supervisor

PureShine Cleaning Co. is looking for a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Driver / Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Morning availability required
• Most shifts finish by 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: afternoon/evening availability is required, approximately 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Schedule may vary depending on cleaning jobs and operational needs

Responsibilities

• Drive the cleaning team to and from job locations
• Supervise and support cleaners at different properties
• Ensure cleaning services are completed according to company standards
• Check the quality of completed work
• Communicate with the office regarding schedules, supplies, and any issues at job sites
• Assist with cleaning when needed
• Make sure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly loaded and available
• Provide professional and respectful customer service
• Report any issues or special requests from clients to management

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is an asset
• Conversational English
• Valid work permit in Canada is required
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable driving in Vancouver and the North Shore
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability Monday to Saturday

About the Position

This is a hands-on position that combines driving, cleaning, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility for the team, ensuring jobs are completed properly, and communicating with the office throughout the day.

Training will be provided on company procedures, cleaning standards, equipment, and operations.
