Driver (Closed Van)

Safe and Timely Delivery

• Deliver finished products, documents, materials, and other company items to customers and designated locations safely and on time.
• Ensure all deliveries are complete and in good condition.

Vehicle Operation and Maintenance

• Operate company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and immediately report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance requirements.

Loading and Unloading

• Assist in properly loading, securing, unloading, and arranging delivered products to prevent damage during transportation.
• Coordinate with delivery helpers when handling heavy or bulky items.

Delivery Documentation

• Secure signed Delivery Receipts (DR), invoices, trip tickets, and other required documents from customers.
• Submit all completed documents to the Logistics/HR/Accounting department as required.

Trip and Route Management

• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes efficiently.
• Report delays, traffic conditions, accidents, or other delivery issues immediately to the supervisor.

Customer Service

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and company representatives.
• Handle delivered items with care and represent the company professionally at all times.

Cash and Document Handling

• Safeguard company documents, collections, checks, or other items entrusted to the driver during delivery.
• Turn over all collections and documents immediately upon return.

Compliance and Safety

• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, vehicle rules, and traffic regulations.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and all required vehicle documents.

Vehicle Cleanliness and Security

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and properly secured.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked only in authorized and safe areas.
