DRIVER

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company employees, management, and guests to and from designated locations.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, packages, and other items as assigned.
• Plan travel routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries while considering traffic conditions.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is serviced and well maintained at all times.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Practice defensive driving techniques and prioritize the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.
• Assist with basic administrative and dispatch duties as required.
• Report any vehicle defects, maintenance issues, accidents, or traffic violations promptly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Company Driver or in a similar driving role is preferred.
• Excellent driving skills with strong knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Strong time management skills with a high level of punctuality.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Physically and mentally fit to perform driving duties safely.
• Professional appearance, good attitude, and courteous conduct.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees, management, and guests.
