Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Vadodara. The Driver will be responsible for safely operating company trucks, transporting materials, equipment, or goods to designated locations, and following assigned routes and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic vehicle inspections, monitoring fuel and maintenance needs, loading and unloading items as required, and ensuring all transportation complies with company policies and local regulations. The Driver will also maintain accurate delivery records, communicate effectively with dispatch and team members, and provide courteous service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Truck Driving skills and experience operating commercial trucks responsibly.

• Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A (or equivalent local heavy vehicle license) and a clean driving record.

• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, team members, and site contacts.

• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to represent the organization professionally during deliveries and pickups.

• Knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes in and around Vadodara.

• Ability to perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues promptly.

• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in handling schedules and documentation.

• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading as needed.

• Prior experience in a professional driving or logistics role is preferred.
