We are seeking a motivated and reliable Driver to join our logistics team, responsible for safely transporting freight and goods across various routes. This role involves operating a cargo van ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cargo van following all DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations
• Plan and navigate efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load and unload freight with proper manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo is secured according to logistics cargo handling standards
• Manage automobile transportation tasks when required, including vehicle transfers and delivery driving responsibilities
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking load securement, fluid levels, tires, brakes, and other critical components
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Familiarity with truck loading and unloading procedures using manual handling techniques
• Ability to navigate using GPS navigation system
