Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive the executive director to and from official engagements, meetings, and other destinations as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any faults immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all executive movements and discussions.
• Assist the executive director with carrying items, running errands, or other assigned duties when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies. Coordinate with the administrative team regarding schedules and logistics.

• National Identification Number (NIN)
• 2 Passport Photographs

Remuneration: NGN120,000 Monthly
