Position: Warehouse Driver

About the role

Safely operate a company vehicle (e.g., delivery truck, van, Motorcycle) to transport goods to and from the warehouse. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure proper handling to prevent damage. Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods to and from the warehouse
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure proper handling to prevent damage
• Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to schedule
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of goods transported
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding safe driving practices
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and customers regarding delivery status
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a warehouse or delivery setting
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in driving both motorcycles and four-wheel vehicles (preferred)
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of the local area and route optimization (preferred)
