Job Summary

Asotech Homes is seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional Driver to support the company's daily operations. The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff, clients, property agents, documents, equipment, and materials to various locations, including offices, estates, property inspection sites, construction sites, and client meetings.

The ideal candidate must be punctual, safety-conscious, trustworthy, familiar with Abuja roads, and capable of maintaining a professional attitude when interacting with clients and company personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, management, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Transport clients to property inspection and viewing appointments.
• Drive staff and agents to Asotech Homes' estates, construction sites, meetings, and business appointments.
• Transport company documents, equipment, building materials, and other authorized items when required.
• Pick up and drop off clients and staff according to approved schedules.
• Plan efficient routes and use navigation applications such as Google Maps to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Observe all traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
• Conduct basic daily checks of the assigned vehicle, including tires, engine oil, coolant, lights, brakes, and fuel level.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, presentable, and properly maintained.
• Report mechanical faults, accidents, damage, or other vehicle issues immediately to management.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, trips, and vehicle maintenance when required.
• Ensure company vehicles are parked securely when not in use.
• Assist with loading and unloading documents, equipment, and materials when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, clients, management, and business information.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when dealing with property clients and business partners.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid Nigerian Driver's License appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience preferred.
• Proven experience driving in Abuja and surrounding areas.
• Good knowledge of Abuja roads, major districts, and alternative routes.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Must be physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Ability to work flexible hours when business operations require it.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

• Company or corporate driving.
• Executive/personal driving.
• Real-estate company driving.

• Logistics or delivery driving.
• Client transportation.
• Property inspection/viewing transportation.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
