About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Driver to join The Coffee Collection Pte Ltd. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region. As a Driver, you will be a key member of our logistics and transport operations. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our products reach their destinations in perfect condition whilst upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic regulations and company driving standards
• Deliver coffee products and related merchandise to customers within the Central Region, following designated routes and schedules
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, maintaining product quality and integrity during transport
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption and any incidents or vehicle issues
• Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and all safety equipment is in place
• Communicate professionally with customers upon delivery, addressing any queries or concerns regarding products or services
• Support the warehouse team with stock management and inventory checks as required
• Maintain a clean and well-organised vehicle interior and exterior at all times
• Report any vehicle maintenance requirements or road incidents promptly to management

What we're looking for

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type being operated, with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver in the logistics, courier or delivery sector
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, road safety practices and vehicle maintenance basics
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan efficient routes and meet delivery deadlines
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Physical capability to handle loading and unloading of goods safely
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to health and safety standards
• Ability to work independently whilst following company procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery tracking software (desirable)
• Knowledge of the Central Region's geography and traffic patterns (advantageous)
