Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport employees, clients, documents, equipment, and other authorized items.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions.
• Observe all traffic rules, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after use.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Monitor fuel, oil, tires, brakes, and other basic vehicle requirements.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or maintenance concerns immediately.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure the proper and secure handling of documents, packages, and company property.
• Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License appropriate for the vehicle to be driven.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of driving experience in a company, office, delivery, or similar setting.
• Familiar with roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of performing driving and occasional loading/unloading duties.
• Must have a clean and responsible driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime when necessary.
