Driver

Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for employees, visitors, and company goods while ensuring company vehicles are properly maintained and comply with all traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, visitors, and management to designated locations.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, materials, and company goods as required.
• Plan efficient travel routes and ensure timely arrivals.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle servicing schedules, road tax, insurance, and maintenance records.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip records.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
• Support general administrative or logistics tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence (additional licences such as GDL are an advantage, if applicable).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Good driving record with no serious traffic offences.
• Familiar with routes within Penang, Kedah, and surrounding areas.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or travel outstation when required.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to use GPS/navigation applications.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
