About the Role
Provide safe and reliable transportation for hotel guests, management, and staff while delivering friendly and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive hotel vehicles and assist guests with transportation and luggage.
- Keep vehicles clean, safe, and ready for service.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks and report maintenance issues.
- Provide local directions and assist Front Office/Guest Service when required.
- Handle guests’ belongings responsibly and maintain excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driving license.
- Hotel/resort driving experience is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, service-minded, and team-oriented.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
