Driver

About the role

Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, documents, and other company-related items. Drive and transport company executives, managers, and other authorized personnel to meetings, appointments, business engagements, and official activities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow assigned routes, schedules, traffic rules, and company driving policies
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
• Monitor fuel, mileage, vehicle condition, and other necessary trip records
• Arrive at designated pick-up locations on time and remain available during scheduled appointments when required
• Coordinate with the executive's secretary, HR, admin personnel, or other assigned staff regarding schedules and pick-up arrangements
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding items scheduled for delivery, pickup, or transfer

About you

• Valid professional driver's license
• Good driving record and knowledge of traffic rules
• Familiar with local routes and navigation
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous driving or delivery experience is an advantage
