Cleaning Solutions Bristol Ltd is looking for a reliable, organised and flexible Property Operations Driver to support our growing cleaning and short-let property operations across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas.

This is not a fixed-route delivery role. You will be supporting multiple properties throughout the day, transporting linen, cleaning equipment, consumables and other supplies between our office, cleaning teams and properties.

Our schedules are driven by guest check-outs, property bookings and operational requirements, so flexibility is essential.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving between multiple properties across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas
• Delivering and collecting clean and used linen
• Transporting cleaning equipment, consumables and property supplies
• Supporting cleaning teams with equipment and stock throughout the day
• Collecting items from properties when required
• Ensuring linen, equipment and supplies reach properties on time
• Following a daily route and responding to operational changes throughout the day
• Communicating with the management and operations team regarding deliveries, delays or issues
• Keeping transported equipment and supplies organised
• Completing basic checks of stock and linen collections where required
• Using company systems and apps to track journeys and operational tasks

Mileage

You will use your own vehicle for business journeys.

Business mileage is paid at 45p per mile and is tracked using MileIQ.

Availability

This role requires genuine flexibility.

Our workload changes depending on property bookings and guest check-outs, so applicants must be able to work across different days of the week rather than selecting fixed working days.

Weekend availability is required.

Hours and routes may vary from week to week depending on operational requirements.

• Able to communicate clearly with our operations team
• Comfortable transporting linen, cleaning products and equipment
• Physically comfortable loading and unloading bags of linen and cleaning equipment
• Professional when attending client and guest properties
• Able to respond calmly when schedules change during the day

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Have access to a reliable vehicle
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be able to use a smartphone for routes, communication and MileIQ
• Be willing to travel between multiple locations during a shift
• Be available to work flexibly, including weekends

Previous experience in driving, delivery work, cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, logistics or property management would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate.

We support a large portfolio of short-let, Airbnb, residential and commercial properties and operate fast-moving daily schedules where reliability and communication are extremely important.

This role is an important part of our operations team and helps ensure our cleaners have the linen, equipment and supplies they need to complete properties on time.
