OTR CARGO VAN DRIVER — 30% OF GROSS

GHUSA LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable OTR Cargo Van Driver to join our transportation team.

PAY

* 30% of gross revenue

* GHUSA LLC covers fuel

* Company covers other approved operating expenses related to dispatched loads

* Consistent OTR work

* Earnings depend on available freight, miles, and gross revenue generated

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically looking for a driver with previous OTR experience who is comfortable spending extended time on the road.

Requirements:

* Valid driver’s license

* Previous OTR cargo van, Sprinter van, or similar transportation experience

* Clean and acceptable driving record

* Reliable and professional

* Able to pass required background and drug/alcohol screening, as applicable

* Able to safely load, secure, and transport freight

* Good communication with dispatch and customers

* Able to use GPS/navigation and smartphone apps

* Willing to travel interstate and spend multiple days on the road

* Must have a strong work ethic and good attendance

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

* Safely operate a company cargo van on OTR routes

* Pick up and deliver freight on time

* Communicate with dispatch throughout each trip

* Complete pickup and delivery paperwork/documentation

* Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues

* Properly secure and protect freight

* Maintain professional relationships with customers and shipping facilities

* Follow all applicable DOT, federal, state, and company safety requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who has already worked OTR and understands what it takes to be on the road, manage deliveries, communicate with dispatch, and take care of a company vehicle.
