About the role

TEVIANT is seeking a professional and reliable Driver to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of personnel, clients, and materials whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle maintenance. As a Driver, you will be a key member of our administrative and support operations, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our business activities.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining company vehicles in a safe, efficient and professional manner
• Transporting company personnel, clients and materials to designated locations on schedule
• Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks including fluid levels, tyre pressure and brake systems
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance activities
• Adhering strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations and company driving policies
• Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and in good working condition at all times
• Reporting any vehicle defects or accidents promptly to management
• Planning efficient routes to optimise travel time and fuel consumption
• Assisting with loading and unloading of materials when required
• Maintaining professional conduct and courtesy with all passengers and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's licence appropriate to the vehicle type being operated
• Minimum of 2-3 years' professional driving experience
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations
• Sound knowledge of Metro Manila roads and traffic patterns
• Excellent time management and route planning abilities
• Strong commitment to vehicle safety and maintenance
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging traffic situations
• Physical fitness to manage vehicle controls and occasional loading/unloading tasks
• Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and problem-solving ability
