Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and drop off employees at designated locations and scheduled times.
• Transport employees to work-related destinations as assigned.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Perform other driving and transportation-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (preferred).
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably with experience in driving buses.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and the ability to perform minor repairs and inspections.
• Punctual with effective route planning
• Strong understanding of safety practices and adherence to all traffic laws to ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Ability to handle unexpected delays, issues with the vehicle, or route changes calmly and efficiently.
• Effective communication with employees, partners, associates and law enforcement officers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of Lagos city roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills.
• Ability to work early and flexible hour

Remuneration: NGN 130,000 Monthly Net
