About the role

We are seeking a professional and reliable Driver to join the team at PT SEI Consulting Jakarta. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods and services, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. This position is essential to our operations and directly supports the efficiency and reputation of our organisation.

Job Description

• Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for Japanese expatriates and company guests.
• Drive the assigned Japanese manager/executive to and from the office, business meetings, factories, hotels, airports, and other destinations.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily operations.
• Check vehicle condition, fuel, and basic maintenance regularly.
• Assist with route planning and select appropriate routes considering traffic conditions.
• Maintain punctuality and flexibility according to the passenger's schedule.
• Support other transportation-related tasks as required by the company.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional manners when handling company and passenger information.

What we're looking for

• Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK).
• Valid Indonesian SIM A.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional/company driver.
• Experience driving for Japanese expatriates, foreign expatriates, or company executives is preferred.
• Familiar with Jakarta and surrounding areas.
• Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
• Punctual, disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance, Basic English or Basic Japanese is Must
• Willing to work flexible hours when required by the passenger's schedule.
• Japanese language ability is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with a Japanese company.
• Experience supporting Japanese expatriates or Japanese management.
• Basic understanding of Japanese business etiquette.
• Clean driving record and good knowledge of Jakarta, Bekasi, Karawang, and surrounding industrial areas.
