A reliable and safety-conscious driver responsible for providing safe, timely and professional transportation services to company personnel, clients and authorised passengers. Maintains assigned vehicles in good operating condition, complies with traffic regulations, and ensures efficient transportation while maintaining confidentiality

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, clients, visitors and other authorised persons to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle before and after use.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, serviced and maintained in good working condition.
• Monitor fuel levels, mileage and other vehicle-related records.
• Report mechanical faults, accidents or other vehicle issues promptly.
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Plan routes effectively and use navigation tools to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Assist with the delivery and collection of official documents, materials and other items where required.
• Ensure company vehicles are securely parked when not in use.
