Job Title: Delivery Driver

GiftyGram Flowers is looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to handle flower and gift deliveries across Dubai and the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver flowers, gifts and arrangements safely and on time.
• Handle bouquets carefully to avoid any damage during transportation.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and daily schedules.
• Contact customers or recipients when required.
• Update the operations team immediately regarding delays, wrong addresses or delivery issues.
• Mark orders correctly as picked up and delivered.
• Collect cash payments when required and return them accurately.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Assist with loading and unloading orders.
• Support the operations team during busy periods.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations.
• Responsible, punctual and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to use Google Maps and WhatsApp.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in delivery, courier or flower delivery is preferred.
• Must be careful when handling fragile and high-value orders.

We are looking for drivers who understand that timing, careful handling and professional customer service are extremely important for every GiftyGram delivery.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
