Job Description – Shuttle Driver

Location: Jollibee KM 44 SLEX Southbound

Job Summary

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees and applicants to and from designated pickup and drop-off points. The role ensures timely, safe, and efficient transportation while maintaining the cleanliness, roadworthiness, and proper documentation of the assigned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, applicants, and authorized personnel according to the approved schedule and routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip, including checking fuel, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, organized, and in good operating condition at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
• Monitor and report any vehicle issues, maintenance needs, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger attendance, if required.
• Assist passengers with boarding and unloading when necessary.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations Team regarding shuttle schedules and route adjustments.
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during transportation.
• Perform other duties assigned by management related to transportation services.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the appropriate restriction code.
• Proven driving experience, preferably in employee shuttle or passenger transport services.
• Familiar with routes within Laguna and nearby areas.
• Good driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Physically fit and able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• Responsible, punctual, courteous, and customer-service oriented.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.
