Key Responsibilities-

A Driving & Transportation

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly as assigned.
• Transport Directors, management, employees, clients, vendors and other authorized persons.
• Drive cars, two-wheelers and heavy vehicles as permitted by the respective valid licence.
• Transport materials, tools, equipment and documents to offices, factories and project sites.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the assigned schedule.
• Follow the approved route and instructions from the reporting authority.
• Support site visits, material movement and other official transportation requirements.

B. Vehicle Safety & Maintenance

• Conduct daily basic inspection of the assigned vehicle before use.
• Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights and other essential items.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in proper working condition.
• Ensure scheduled servicing and maintenance are carried out on time.
• Maintain vehicle documents, including insurance, registration, pollution certificate and other required documents.

C. Vehicle Records & Documentation

• Maintain daily vehicle logbooks/trip sheets accurately.
• Record:
• Date and time of travel
• Starting and closing kilometre
• Destination
• Purpose of travel
• Fuel consumption
• Driver details, where applicable
• Submit trip sheets and related documents to the concerned department on time.
• Maintain records of fuel, repairs, servicing and other vehicle expenses.

D. Safety & Compliance

• Strictly follow traffic rules and company safety procedures.
• Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance affecting driving ability.
• Avoid rash driving, over-speeding and unauthorized use of company vehicles.
• Ensure passengers use seat belts and follow applicable safety requirements.
• Report any accident, traffic violation or vehicle damage immediately to the reporting authority.
• Ensure the vehicle is used only for authorized company purposes.

E. Administrative Support

• Assist in loading and unloading materials when reasonably required and safe to do so.
• Assist with delivery and collection of documents, materials, tools and equipment.
• Support urgent transportation requirements of the company.
• Coordinate with Security regarding vehicle entry, exit, gate passes and trip records.
• Maintain professional behaviour when interacting with clients, vendors, employees and site personnel.

Licence & Eligibility Requirements

The candidate must have:

• Valid 2-Wheeler Driving Licence
• Valid 4-Wheeler / LMV Driving Licence
• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / applicable Heavy Vehicle Licence
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Clean and responsible driving record preferred.
• Ability to drive safely in city, highway and project-site conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience driving company/commercial vehicles preferred.
• Experience with project-site transportation and material movement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Kerala routes and major districts preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
