Position Summary

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services to tourists, hotel guests, and other clients. The driver ensures passengers have a comfo

rtable and enjoyable travel experience while maintaining professional standards and representing the company positively.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport tourists and guests to/from hotels to Fish Eye Marine Park.
• Follow planned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic, weather, and customer requirements.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with luggage and other belongings when required.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-presented vehicle at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and report any mechanical or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all road safety regulations, company policies, and applicable transportation laws.
• Handle passenger concerns or requests professionally and report serious issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests and clients.
• Support other tourism and transportation duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Previous experience as a driver, tour driver, hotel driver, or in the tourism/hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented appearance.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
• Ability to assist passengers with luggage and provide basic physical assistance when necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Working Conditions
