Job Scope

To perform quality and professional limousine and valet parking services to the hotel guests and executives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides quality limousine service to the hotel guests and executives as specified by the hotel.
• Delivers documents, packages to designated locations as assigned by superior.
• Maintains the limousine in spotless and tiptop conditions.
• Drives all vehicles efficiently, safely with professional standards.
• Handles guest cars in careful and prompt manners.
• Provides alternative parking when parking space is full.
• Reports to the supervisor for unauthorized parking, car damages and irregularities.
• Records the number of cars parked on daily control form in each roster shift.
• Handles the daily parking fees.
• As front-line guest contact staff, to welcome guests with hospitable manner.
• Assists guest baggage in the driveway when Bell Attendant is busy.
• Assists guests on and off taxis in the hotel driveway.
• Serves as traffic warden for the smooth traffic flow at hotel entrances.
• Unloads baggage for arrival guests in the hotel driveway.
• Opens door for guests in and out of the hotel entrances and welcome guests to the hotel.
• Assists hotel guests on hiring taxi and ensure queuing in proper manner.
• Control traffic at the hotel entrance along the driveway, assist guest for shuttle boarding and taxi Acts as a watchman to safe guard the hotel premises.
• Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.

Qualification, Experience & Personal Qualities

• Possess valid Hong Kong driving licence Class 1 & 2, holder of driving licence Class 9 & will be an advantage;
• Minimum 5 years driving experience with a clean driving record;
• Ability to drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles;
• Strong knowledge of the community, area and the region;
• Familiar with the events and attractions, tours, travel routes, and transportation schedules;
• Good spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
• Courteous and guest oriented;
• Good physique with strong-built;
