Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport food items and supplies between designated locations (e.g., Commissary to Stores).
• Load and unload goods with care, ensuring proper handling and preservation of items.
• Verify delivery contents against invoices or delivery orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the delivery vehicle in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics personnel, the commissary manager, and store officers to ensure timely dispatch.
• Utilize GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery routes and reduce delays.
• Manage delivery-related paperwork and handle other office documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support urgent delivery requests or special board instructions as needed.
