Job Title: Personal Driver

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and professional Personal Driver based in or near Andheri East. The candidate will be responsible for daily driving duties, running local errands, and occasionally managing outstation trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive safely and comfortably for daily commutes, business travel, and local errands across Mumbai.
• Handle outstation trips as required (outstation allowance will be provided).
• Navigate routes efficiently using local road knowledge and GPS navigation to avoid heavy traffic.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) and handle routine maintenance checks (fuel, tire pressure, oil levels, fluid levels).
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage or bags when required.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: Fixed monthly salary (negotiable based on experience).
• Overtime (OT) Allowance: Paid for hours worked beyond 7:00 PM or on off-days.
• Outstation Allowance: Paid per day/night for outstation duties.

Key Requirements & Rules

• Local Expertise: Thorough, in-depth knowledge of Andheri East, surrounding suburban routes, and overall Mumbai roadways (including major highways and bypass routes).
• Licensing & Experience: Valid Indian Driving License (LMV) with a minimum of 3–5 years of personal driving experience in Mumbai.
• Strict Discipline & Hygiene:
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Strictly no consumption of gutka, paan, tobacco, alcohol, or illicit substances.
• Alertness: Must remain fully alert and attentive during duty hours; sleeping on duty or during waiting hours is strictly prohibited.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene and dress neatly.
• Punctuality: Highly disciplined regarding working hours (9:00 AM start time).
• Verification: Clean driving record and willing to provide address/police verification documents.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
