Driver

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to support the company’s daily transportation and logistics requirements. The driver will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of employees, machines, equipment, materials, documents, and other company requirements, as assigned. The driver must ensure proper vehicle handling, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely drive company vehicles as assigned by the supervisor.
• Transport machines, equipment, materials, spare parts, tools, documents, and employees to designated locations.
• Ensure timely arrival at delivery, collection, workshop, site, and other assigned locations.
• Follow the assigned route and daily schedule provided by the Logistics/Operations team.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment when required.
• Ensure proper securing of materials/equipment before transportation.

Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Check basic vehicle conditions including oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential items.
• Report any vehicle breakdown, damage, abnormal noise, warning indication, or maintenance requirement immediately.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good operating condition.
• Follow the scheduled vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of trips, deliveries, collections, fuel usage, and vehicle-related activities as required.
• Ensure delivery notes, collection documents, gate passes, and other required documents are properly handled.
• Obtain required signatures/acknowledgements for deliveries and collections.
• Immediately report any delay, accident, breakdown, delivery issue, or other operational problem to the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow UAE traffic laws, company driving procedures, and site safety requirements.
• Drive responsibly and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
• Ensure all passengers and transported materials are handled safely.
• Follow site access, security, and safety procedures.
• Report any accident or traffic violation immediately to the concerned supervisor.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics/Operations team with urgent transportation requirements when assigned.
• Assist in vehicle positioning and movement within yards, workshops, and project sites.
• Maintain professional behavior when dealing with customers, site personnel, suppliers, and company employees.
• Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid UAE Driving Licence for the required vehicle category.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
• Experience in UAE roads, construction sites, logistics, or rental equipment operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Ability to use GPS/navigation applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when required.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
