Job Summary

Responsible for the safe, timely, and professional pick-up and drop-off of customer vehicles and customers, while maintaining good customer service and ensuring vehicles are handled carefully.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop customer vehicles from their location to the service centre and back safely.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of vehicles as per customer commitments.
• Drive vehicles responsibly and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Inspect the vehicle for any visible damage before pick-up and after delivery.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle pick-up and drop-off details.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of customer vehicles during transit.
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Report any vehicle-related issues, delays, or incidents to the concerned supervisor immediately.
• Assist the service team with other vehicle movement requirements when required.

Requirements

• Valid 2-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler Driving Licence.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Ability to handle customer vehicles carefully and professionally.
