About the role

Provide daily driving services for management and other passengers in Malaysia and Singapore. Ensure the safety of passengers within the vehicle and carefully operate and maintain the assigned vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily driving services for management and other passengers in Malaysia and Singapore
• Ensure the safety of passengers within the vehicle
• Adhere to all road and traffic regulations; comply with all safety rules at all times
• Be punctual, reliable, and possess good time management skills
• Be willing to work overtime and travel outstation
• Carefully operate and maintain the assigned vehicle, including arranging for periodic maintenance and servicing, and ensuring the vehicle remains clean inside and out
• Plan driving routes in advance to determine the most efficient path and avoid delays in reaching destinations
• Monitor traffic and weather reports to stay informed about road conditions
• Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and avoid traffic violations/fines
• Collect and deliver company documents or items to designated locations

About you

• Proven driving experience
• Possess a valid driving licence, with excellent driving skills and a clean driving record (no traffic violations)
• At least 5 years of experience as a corporate or private driver
• Physically and mentally fit and in good health
• Able to remain calm and composed when driving in high-pressure situations, such as during peak hours or heavy traffic
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
• Respectful, friendly, honest, and reliable
