What they need
Official Position Title : DRIVER
Reports to : Manager/ Admin
Occupational Summary: He is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of purchased items to the requesting department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with General Manager, HR and Accounting Dept on travel itinerary.
- Ensure that all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner.
3.Keeping the company vehicle clean through regular washing
4.Ensure proper vehicle maintenance through regular check-up.
5.Assist loading/unloading of materials for delivery to various dept.
6.Pick-up items and/or PO (purchase order) as per request by the Purchasing Officer.
7.Pick up empty container and/or equipment(s) from vessels.
Maintain Vehicle and Fuel Consumption
Prepare daily vehicle usage report, including trip use, mileage, and fuel consumption
Providing weekly usage report of vehicles
Keep the vehicle documentation up to date.
Performs any other duties that may assigned by the immediate supervisor
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
