Join the LCD Agency Services Team!

LCD Agency Services is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation services in the Hamilton County area. We are looking for someone who is professional, responsible, and committed to supporting older adults and individuals with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability, dignity, and the individual needs of those we serve.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for individuals as scheduled.
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
• Treat all individuals with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Follow established transportation procedures and company policies.
• Maintain communication with management regarding transportation needs or concerns.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than two points.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (training provided onsite).
• Successful completion of a defensive driving course (completed online upon hire).
• Must be able to meet company driving and safety requirements.

A company vehicle is provided and required for this position.
