Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, punctual, and professional driving services to the Managing Director for official and personal travel as required, ensuring vehicle maintenance, confidentiality, and adherence to traffic rules and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving and Transportation
• Drive the Managing Director safely to the office, factory, business meetings, airport, and other designated locations.
• Ensure punctual pickup and drop-off as per the MD's schedule.
• Plan routes in advance and use GPS navigation to avoid traffic delays.
• Be available for extended working hours, early morning, late evening, and occasional weekend duties as required.
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and excellent working condition.
• Conduct daily checks of fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
• Coordinate periodic servicing, insurance renewal, pollution certificate renewal, and other vehicle-related documentation.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or vehicle damage immediately.
• Professional Conduct and Confidentiality
• Maintain professional behaviour, discipline, and a courteous attitude at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD's personal information, business discussions, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Ensure the safety and security of the MD during all journeys.
• Follow company policies and instructions from the MD or authorized personnel.
• Administrative Support
• Assist with luggage, documents, parcels, and other official requirements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of daily travel, kilometres covered, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses.
• Ensure the vehicle is ready before scheduled trips.
• Perform other driving-related duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal driver, corporate driver, or executive driver.
• Driving Licence: Valid LMV driving licence with a good driving record.
• Education: Minimum 10th standard preferred.
• Location: Candidates residing in Chennai or nearby areas preferred.
• Language Skills: Basic Tamil communication required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Driving Skills: Good knowledge of Chennai roads, traffic conditions, and major business locations.
• Personal Qualities: Punctual, trustworthy, disciplined, patient, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
• Additional Requirement: Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required by the MD.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience driving for a Managing Director, CEO, business owner, or senior corporate executive.
• Familiarity with premium and automatic-transmission cars.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting and emergency procedures.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
