1. Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, responsible, and well-mannered driver with excellent driving skills and good communication abilities. The candidate should have experience driving company executives, management personnel, and business clients, with the ability to engage in polite and professional conversations during travel.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, presentable, and comfortable interacting with people from different professional backgrounds. Experience in driving executives and accompanying them to business meetings, client visits, and official engagements will be an added advantage.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Drive company management, executives, employees, and business guests safely to their destinations.
• Provide transportation for official meetings, client visits, airport transfers, business trips, and other company-related activities.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with passengers.
• Possess good verbal communication skills and be comfortable engaging in polite conversations with passengers when appropriate.
• Communicate clearly regarding travel schedules, routes, arrival times, and any delays.
• Follow the best routes using navigation tools and remain updated on traffic conditions.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival for meetings and appointments.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, including fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, insurance, permits, and driving licence are valid and up to date.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding business discussions, client information, and conversations heard during travel.
• Assist passengers with luggage and other reasonable travel-related requirements.
• Maintain a polite, patient, and professional attitude, even under pressure.
• Be flexible with travel schedules and working hours based on business requirements.

3. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• 2–5 years of professional driving experience.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience driving company executives, managers, or business clients is preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
• Ability to communicate politely and confidently with passengers.
• Professional appearance, discipline, and personal grooming.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and other navigation applications.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience as a corporate driver or executive driver.
• Comfortable travelling with business professionals and engaging in appropriate conversations.
• Able to understand instructions and communicate effectively with management and clients.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Patient, calm, and professional in different situations.
• Willing to travel within and outside the city when required.

6. Working Requirements

• Full-time position with working hours based on company requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
