Driving & Transportation

• Safely transport family members to work, appointments, shopping destinations, and other requested locations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, including tyres, fuel, oil, lights, and other essential safety items.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance, and registration renewals as instructed.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, parking regulations, and safe-driving practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding family matters, schedules, personal information, and daily activities.
• Assist with errands and other reasonable duties assigned by the employer.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams regarding stock requirements and discrepancies.
• Ensure stock is handled carefully and that the inventory area remains clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Support stock reconciliation and ensure physical inventory matches system records.
• Maintain a polite, respectful, well-groomed, and professional manner at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Ensure all company vehicles are used responsibly and in accordance with UAE traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with preparing inventory reports and updating stock records when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE driving experience.
• Previous experience as a family, private, or personal driver preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and GPS navigation.
• Excellent punctuality, reliability, and communication skills.
• Safe driving record and responsible attitude.
• Trustworthy, discreet, patient, and professional.
• Flexible availability when reasonably required, in accordance with applicable employment requirements.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
