Job OverviewH2O Company is a growing pool & spa wholesale distributor serving professional contractors and service companies. We are seeking a reliable and motivated CDL Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including local deliveries using a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett (truck-mounted forklift), order preparation, inventory handling, and general warehouse responsibilities.This role is ideal for someone with commercial driving experience who enjoys a mix of driving and hands-on work, values a team-oriented environment, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth as the company expands.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Duties

• Safely operate company flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett for local deliveries
• Deliver pool equipment, supplies, and chemicals to customers and job sites
• Safely operate the Moffett to load and unload materials at delivery locations
• Properly secure loads using straps and other appropriate cargo secure equipment
• Verify order accuracy prior to delivery
• Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure timely completion of routes
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Warehouse Duties

• Assist with picking, packing, and staging customer orders
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL or higher, appropriate for the assigned vehicle
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Experience operating commercial trucks
• Ability to safely secure, transport, and unload palletized materials
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating flatbed trucks
• Experience operating a Moffett or other truck-mounted forklift
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in warehouse operations
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Experience in construction supply, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or the pool industry is helpful but not required
