Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Logistics & Delivery Driver to take charge of daily collection and delivery operations. Beyond driving, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth movement of stocks and devices between corporate customers, our facilities and customers’ homes.

You will have the opportunity to manage your daily routes, organise collection and delivery schedules, and resolve routine operational matters independently within company guidelines. We value individuals who take initiative, exercise sound judgement and understand that their decisions directly contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As you will be entrusted with customer devices and company assets, trust, integrity and accountability are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily collection and delivery assignments, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately and on time.
• Collect stocks and devices in bulk from corporate customers and designated collection points.
• Transport goods between company premises, customer sites and other designated locations.
• Pick up and deliver orders to customers’ homes, providing a professional and positive customer experience.
• Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently, using your knowledge of Singapore roads to minimise unnecessary travel and meet delivery schedules.
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring all items are handled with care.
• Verify stock quantities and supporting documents, ensuring all collections and deliveries are properly accounted for.
• Exercise initiative and sound judgement in managing routine delivery challenges, schedule changes and customer requests, escalating matters when necessary.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams regarding delivery arrangements, delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate collection and delivery records and promptly report missing, damaged or unaccounted-for items.
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness, safety and roadworthiness of the assigned company vehicle.
• Follow established procedures for stock security, workplace safety and the handling of customer assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery routes, workflows and daily operations, and share practical suggestions with the team.
• Undertake other related operational duties where required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and a good driving record.
• Be physically fit and in good health, with the ability to lift, carry and move heavy loads as required.
• Be comfortable loading and unloading goods and handling bulk stocks or devices.
• Be familiar with Singapore roads, routes and locations, with the ability to navigate independently.
• Be comfortable working alone, managing assigned responsibilities and making day-to-day decisions without constant supervision.
• Demonstrate good time management, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Have a responsible, proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics or company driving is preferred.
• Experience handling electronic devices or high-value goods will be an advantage.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be willing to work overtime when required by operational needs.
